Research interest

I work on a metabolomic project, which aims at exploring the Escherichia coli ‘s intraspecies metabolic diversity. Metabolomics, the analysis of all cellular metabolites, has become a new field for gaining insight into functional biology. We choose an approach, in collaboration with the Pr P. Gareil at the "Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris", coupling capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry with electrospray ionisation.
